The main header and column headers of Workflow, have many features. They contain actions you can take and data you can see.

Main Header #
The main header running across the top includes image or list view buttons, the RO Functions menu, filter options, a search box, data summary button, Favorites button, and a User menu button.
View Image/List Buttons #

These two buttons allow you to toggle between the viewing of vehicle images on RO cards or a more streamlined version without vehicle images.
Functions Menu #

The RO Functions menu has links for things such as Appointments, Importing RO’s, Creating RO’s Manually, RO List, View Reports, and System Setup.
Filters Menu #
The Filter options allow you to filter the Workflow dashboard to only the items you want to see. You can filter by Employee, Insurance company, Estimator, and many RO status options. Learn more »

Search Field #

The search field lets you filter the RO’s on the Workflow dashboard to only the items that match your text query. Learn more »
Data Summary #

The Data Summary button brings up a dialog showing you a summary of all the current WIP in your shop, the total hours, and the total dollar amount. Learn more »
Favorites #

If configured, the Favorites button allows you to view only those process columns in your dashboard.
User Menu #

The User button brings up a popup menu that lists the current logged in user, the shop name, refresh page link, Help link, and log out link. Learn more »
Department Headers #

Department headers show a quick snapshot of data. This includes the department name, the number of vehicles currently in that department, and the total number of estimated hours and dollar amount for those vehicles in that department.
