Assigning an RO Class

RO Classes are a means for adding an additional data point to your jobs. To assign an RO Classes or edit/remove an existing one, click on an RO card to bring up the RO Information dialog and navigate to the “Vehicle” tab.

Assigning a Class to an RO #

Step 1: #

Find the “Class” section in the lower left. Click on the dropdown menu and select the class you want to assign and click “Save & Close”.

Result: #

If the “Display Class on Card” setting has been enabled in System Setup, then the RO Class will be shown at the top of the card. If it’s not set, then the RO class will not be shown but will still be a filterable attribute in the status filter menu.

Editing/Removing an RO Class #

Step 1: #

In the Class dropdown menu, either select another RO Class to assign or to remove the RO class altogether, select the first option (———–).
