The background color of an RO card represents one of four Work Level statuses:
- Not Started (white)
- In Process (yellow)
- Completed (green)
- On Hold (red)
This allows you to quickly and easily discern the state of each RO.
Change Status #
To modify the Work Level status of an RO, simply click on a card and select the appropriate option on the first tab of the dialog box. The dialog box will automatically close and the background color will be updated to the Work Level you selected.
On Hold Messages #
You have the option to pre-define some department specific choices for when an RO is put On Hold. If these are set up, when you click on the On Hold button, you will be presented with a new dialog box showing a list of options to choose from. The image below shows some options that have been pre-defined for any RO in the Paint department that is put On Hold. Just select the line that is appropriate.
Now, when an RO is clicked on for more details, you will see a message below the On Hold button indicating the reason this RO was put On Hold. It is date-stamped for further clarification.
