With cell phone numbers saved for System Users, Employees, and Estimators, when certain events are triggered in Production Accelerator, the appropriate people will be alerted by SMS text message. You must be subscribed to the SMS module in order for these features to work.

Step 1: #

To add, modify or remove a user’s cellphone in Production Accelerator, go to the RO functions menu and select System Setup.

Step 2: #

You will then see a message indicating that any changes made on this page will require you to log out and log back in again for the changes to take effect. Click OK.

Step 3a: #

Under Employees or Estimators, click on the black message icon to the right of the name you want to edit.

Step 3b: #

Under System Users, click on the black message icon to the right of the name you want to edit.

Step 4a: #

Enter the cell phone for that Employee or Estimator and then click the Save button.

Step 4b: #

In the section below System Users on this setup screen, find and click the pencil icon to the right of the cell phone field.

Next, enter the cell number into the field and click the Save icon.
