RO Functions System Setup Menu

To set up the departments for your shop or to edit existing ones, go to the RO Functions menu at the top of the dashboard and select “System Set Up”.

Adding a new Department #

Step 1: #

Find the Department listing section and enter the name of your new department in the field below the list. Click the “+” button when done. By default, the new Department will be added to the bottom of the list and indexed with the next sequential number.

Editing a Department #

Step 1: #

Click the pencil icon (edit) to the right of the department you want to edit.

Step 2: #

In the “Department Edit” dialog box, you can rename the department or change its order by changing the Index number.

To change the Department name, enter your the new name in the “New title” field and click the “Save New Department” button.

To change where the Department is placed in relation to the other departments, modify the index number field and click the “Save New Index” button.

Note: Index numbers start at “0”

Removing a Department #

Step 1: #

Click the red “X” button to the right of the department you want to remove.
