RO Functions System Setup Menu

To set up new employees or edit existing ones, go to the RO Functions menu at the top of the dashboard and select “System Set Up”.

Adding a new Employee #

Step 1: #

Find the Employees section and enter the last name and first name in the appropriate fields below the list. Click the “+” button when done. The new employee will be added to the list in alphabetical order.

Adding an Employee Cell Number #

In order to use the SMS Messaging alerts of Production Accelerator, employees must have their mobile number added to their information.

Step 1: #

Click the message icon to the right of the employee you want to edit.

Step 2: #

In the “Entity Information” dialog box, enter the cell phone number for that employee.

Note: You do not need to enter any parentheses or dashes, just the numbers. The field will automatically format the phone number as (xxx) xxx-xxxx.

Step 3: #

Click “Save”.

Removing an Employee #

Step 1: #

Click the red “X” button to the right of the employee you want to remove.
