To set up new estimators or edit existing ones, go to the RO Functions menu at the top of the dashboard and select “System Set Up”.
Adding a new Estimator #
Step 1: #
Find the Estimators section and enter their name in the field at the bottom of the list. Click the “+” button when done. The new estimator will be added to the list in alphabetical order by first name.
Adding an Estimator Cell Number #
In order to use the SMS Messaging alerts of Production Accelerator, estimators must have their mobile number added to their information.
Step 2: #
In the “Entity Information” dialog box, enter the cell phone number for that estimator.
Note: You do not need to enter any parentheses or dashes, just the numbers. The field will automatically format the phone number as (xxx) xxx-xxxx.
Step 3: #
Click “Save”.
Removing an Estimator #
Step 1: #
Click the red “X” button to the right of the estimator you want to remove.
