Step 1: #
To set up a new user in Production Accelerator, go to the RO functions menu and select system setup.

You will then see a message indicating that any changes made on this page will require you to log out and log back in again for the changes to take effect. Click OK.
Step 3: #
Under System Users, enter the name of the new user and click the plus button.
Step 4: #
Next, you will need to configure some settings for this new user. Click on the arrow next to their name and in the table below, you’ll assign a passcode by clicking on the edit button and replacing the default text with the passcode of your choosing. Then click the Save button.
Step 5: #
Another setting to configure is Reload Minutes. Reload Minutes is the time that will elapse before a screen refresh and the value should be between 1 and 7. Click the edit button, enter a value, and click Save.
Step 6: #
A final setting to make is whether your new user should see vehicle images or just text on the RO card when they log in. This is a boolean value and should either be True or False. Click save to and you’ve now completed setting up a new user.
