Assigning Flags to an RO #
Step 1: #
Hover over and click on the RO card that you want to add or remove flags to/from.
Step 2: #
On the dialog box that appears, click on the “Flags” tab at the top.
Step 3: #
On the Flags screen, simply select or deselect the items you need shown on the RO. If more flags have been created than the twelve (12) that are shown on this screen, then just click the “Additional…” text to navigate to a second screen.
Step 4: #
Click the “Save & Close” button to commit your changes.
Renaming Flags #
Step 1: #
To edit RO Flags in Production Accelerator, go to the RO functions menu and select system setup.
Step 2: #
You will then see a message indicating that any changes made on this page will require you to log out and log back in again for the changes to take effect. Click OK.
Step 3: #
In the lower right corner, you will see the Flags that have been configured already. To edit a flag, simply select the text you want to replace and type in the new characters. There may also be additional flags found on the “Additional Repair Order Flags” tab that you may want to edit or add.
Note that you are limited to 20 characters.
Step 4: #
Click “Save” to commit your edits. You should then see a message in the upper left indicating that records were saved.
