
RO Classes are another method for adding an additional data point to your jobs. To create custom RO Classes or edit existing ones, go to the RO Functions menu at the top of the dashboard and select “System Set Up”. Find the RO Classes section in the upper left.
Adding a new RO Class #
Step 1: #

In the RO Class section, enter the class name in the field at the bottom of the list. Click the “+” button when done. This new class will be added to the list.
Editing an RO Class #
Step 2: #
In the “Class Edit” dialog box, you can enter a new name for the RO Class or toggle on/off the ability to show this class on the RO card.
Click the “Rename” button if you’re renaming the class and/or “Close” when you’re done.

Display Class on Card: #
NOTE: If you do check the “Display Class on Card” the background color behind the RO Class will be a light orange, indicating this setting has been enabled for this class. If you do not have this setting checking, then there will not be a background color.

If enabled, you will see any assigned RO class at the top of the card in black with orange text.
Removing an RO Class #
Step 1: #
Click the red “X” button to the right of the RO Class you want to remove.
